  • ผู้ชำระบาญชีต้องทำงบดุลขึ้นโดยเร็วที่สุดที่เปนวิสัยจะทำได้ ส่งให้ผู้สอบบาญชีตรวจสอบลงสำคัญว่าถูกต้อง แล้วต้องเรียกประชุมใหญ่
