มาตรา 22
  • ถ้าส่งดอกเบี้ยเมื่อใดๆ และดอกเบี้ยนั้นมิได้กำหนดอัตราไว้โดยสัญญา กฎหมาย ท่านให้ใช้อัตราร้อยละเจ็ดครึ่งต่อไป
