มาตรา 176
- ถ้าตัวสินใช้นั้นเป็นทรัพย์สินที่พึงส่งคืนได้ และบุคคลได้รับโดยสุจริต ท่านว่าบุคคลนั้นจำต้องส่งคืนทรัพย์สินแต่ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ในเวลานั้น
