  • การที่เจ้าหนี้ผ่อนเวลาให้แก่ลูกหนี้ร่วมคนหนึ่งนั้น ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าเป็นการผ่อนเวลาให้ลูกหนี้ร่วมกันทั่วทุกคน
