- ถ้าและเอกสารนั้นสูญหาย บุคคลผู้ชำระหนี้ชอบที่จะให้ผู้รับชำระหนี้แทงความข้อนี้ลงไว้ในใบเสร็จคู่มือ ฤๅทำประทวนฉบับหนึ่งต่างหากให้ก็ได้
