- ถ้าการชำระหนี้เนิ่นช้าไปฤๅทำไม่ได้ด้วยเหตุสุดวิสัยไซร้ เจ้าหนี้ไม่มีสิทธิจะได้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนผลแห่งการเนิ่นช้าฤๅพ้นวิสัยจะทำได้นั้น
