  • ค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมการวางทรัพย์นั้น เจ้าหนี้เป็นผู้เสีย เว้นแต่ว่าลูกหนี้ถอนทรัพย์ไปจึงให้ลูกหนี้เสียค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมนั้น
