มาตรา 460
- ในการซื้อขายทรัพย์สินเปนประเภทนั้น ท่านว่ากรรมสิทธิ์ยังไม่โอนไปจนกว่าจะได้หมาย ฤๅนับ ชั่ง ตวง วัด ฤๅคัดเลือก ฤๅทำโดยวิธีอื่นเพื่อให้บ่งตัวทรัพย์สินนั้นออกเปนแน่นอนแล้ว

- In case of sale of a property in genere, the ownership is not transferred until the property has been numbered, counted, weighed, measured or selected, or its identity has been otherwise rendered certain.
