มาตรา 507

• ทรัพย์สินอันผู้ซื้อจะพึงตรวจดูก่อนผู้ขายจะส่งมอบนั้น ถ้าผู้ซื้อไม่ตรวจรับภายในเวลาที่กำหนดในสัญญาก็ดี ในคำบอกกล่าวของผู้ขายก็ดี ท่านว่าสัญญาซื้อขายนั้นก็เปนอันระงับสิ้นไป

• If the property is to be examined by the buyer before delivery and the buyer does not accept it within the time fixed by the contract or by a notification from the seller, the contract is extinguished.
