มาตรา 525

• การให้ทรัพย์สินซึ่งซื้อขายกันต้องทำเอกสารต่อพนักงานนั้น ท่านว่าย่อมสมบูรณ์ต่อเมื่อได้ทำต่อหน้าพนักงานผู้เปนเจ้าน่าที่ถูกต้องตามระเบียบ ในกรณีเช่นนี้ ท่านว่าการให้ย่อมบริบูรณ์โดยมิพักต้องส่งมอบ

• A gift of a property the sale of which is subject to the execution of an official document is complete only when duly made before the proper official. In such case it is complete without delivery.
