มาตรา 617
- ผู้ขนส่งจะต้องรับผิดในการที่ของสูญหาย ฤๅบุบสลาย ฤๅส่งชักช้า อันเกิดแต่ความรับผิดของผู้ขนส่งคนอื่น ฤๅบุคคลอื่นซึ่งตนหากได้มอบหมายของนั้นไปอีกทอดเหนึ่ง

- The carrier is liable for loss, damage or delay caused by the fault of the other carriers or persons to whom he entrusted the goods.
