มาตรา 658
- ถ้าโดยพฤติการณ์พึงคาดหมายได้ว่า เขารับฝากทรัพย์ก็เพื่อจะได้รับบำเหน็จค่าฝากทรัพย์เท่านั้นไซร้ ท่านให้ถือว่าเปนอันได้ตกลงกันแล้วโดยปริยายว่ามีบำเหน็จเช่นนั้น

- Remuneration for the deposit is deemed to have been impliedly agreed upon, if under the circumstances the undertaking of the deposit is to be expected only for remuneration.
