มาตรา 661

• ถ้าบุคคลภายนอกอ้างว่ามีสิทธิเหนือทรัพย์สินซึ่งฝาก และยื่นพ้องผู้รับฝากก็ดี ฤๅยึดทรัพย์สินนั้นก็ดี ผู้รับฝากต้องรีบบอกกล่าวแก่ผู้ฝากโดยพลัน

• If a third person claims a right over the property deposited and enters an action against the depositary, or attaches the property, the depositary must forthwith give notice thereof to the depositor.
