มาตรา 720

• จำนองเรือนโรง ฤๅสิ่งปลูกสร้างอย่างอื่นซึ่งได้ทำขึ้นไว้บนดินฤๅใต้ดิน ในที่ดินอันเปนของคนอื่น เขานั้นย่อมไม่ครอบไปถึงที่ดินนั้นด้วย ฉันใดกลับกันก็ฉันนั้น
