มาตรา 761
- ถ้ามิได้กำหนดไว้เปนอย่างอื่นในสัญญา หากมีดอกผลนิตินัยงอกจากทรัพย์สินนั้นอย่างไร ท่านให้ผู้รับจำนำจัดสรรใช้เปนค่าดอกเบี้ยอันค้างชำระแก่ตน และถ้าไม่มีดอกเบี้ยค้างชำระ ท่านให้จัดสรรใช้ต้นเงินแห่งหนี้อันได้จำนำทรัพย์สินเปนประกันนั้น

- Unless otherwise provided by the contract, if the pledged property produces legal fruits, the pledgee shall appropriate them in payment of any interest that may be due to him, and, if no interest is due, in payment of the principal of the obligation secured.
