มาตรา 766
- ถ้าจำนำตั๋วเงิน ท่านให้ผู้รับจำนำเก็บเรียกเงินตามตั๋วเงินนั้นในวันถึงกำหนด โดยไม่พักต้องบอกกล่าวก่อน

- The pledgee of a bill shall collect it on the day of its maturity without previous notification.
