มาตรา 795

• บทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในประมวลกฎหมายนี้อันว่าด้วยตั๋วเงินนั้น ท่านให้ใช้ได้ถึงประทวนสินค้าและใบรับของคลังสินค้าซึ่งได้สลักหลังอย่างประทวนสินค้านั้นด้วยเพียงที่ไม่ขัดกับบทบัญญัติทั้งหลายในลักษณนี้

• The provisions of this Code concerning Bills apply to Warrants and Warehouse Receipts indorsed as Warrants in so far as they are not contrary to the provisions of this Title.
