มาตรา 803

• ตัวแทนไม่มีสิทธิจะได้รับบำเหน็จ เว้นแต่จะได้มีข้อตกลงกันไว้ในสัญญาว่ามีบำเหน็จ ฤๅทางการที่คู่สัญญาประพฤติต่อกันนั้นเป็นปริยายว่ามีบำเหน็จ ฤๅเคยเปนธรรมเนียมมีบำเหน็จ
