มาตรา 812
- ถ้ามีความเสียหายเกิดขึ้นอย่างใด ๆ เพราะความประมาทเลินเล่อของตัวแทนก็ดี เพราะไม่ทำการเปนตัวแทนก็ดี ฤๅเพราะทำการโดยปราศจากอำนาจฤๅนอกเหนืออำนาจก็ดี ท่านว่าตัวแทนจะต้องรับผิด
