มาตรา 848

• ถ้าสัญญาอันจะได้ทำกันระวางคู่กรณีนั้นมิได้เกิดขึ้นเพราะนายหน้าจัดการสำเร็จไซร้ ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่านายหน้าหาควรจะได้รับบำเหน็จค่านายหน้าไม่
