มาตรา 863
- อันสัญญาประกันภัยนั้น ถ้าผู้เอาประกันภัยมิได้มีส่วนได้เสียในเหตุที่ประกันภัยไว้นั้นไซร้ ท่านว่าย่อมไม่ผูกพันคู่สัญญาแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด

- A contract of insurance is not binding on the parties unless the assured has an interest in the event insured against.
