- ในสัญญาประกันชีวิตนั้น การใช้จำนวนเงินย่อมอาศัยความทรงชีพฤๅมรณะของบุคคลคนหนึ่ง

- In a contract of insurance on life, the payment of the sum of money is dependent upon the life or death of a person.
