มาตรา 902

• ถ้าตั๋วเงินลงลายมือชื่อของบุคคลหลายคน มีทั้งบุคคลซึ่งไม่อาจจะเปนคู่สัญญาแห่งตั๋วเงินนั้นได้เลย ฤๅเปนได้แต่ไม่เต็มผลไซร้ ท่านว่าการนี้ย่อมไม่กระทบกระทั่งถึงความรับผิดของบุคคลอื่น ๆ นอกนั้นซึ่งคงต้องรับผิดตามตั๋วเงิน

• If a bill bears the signatures of persons who cannot at all, or with full effect, become parties to a bill, this does not effect the liability of the remaining persons liable on the bill.
