มาตรา 1014 =

• ห้ามมิให้ตั้งห้างส่วนฤๅบริษัทขึ้น เพื่อทำการค้าในการรถไฟ ประกันภัย ธนาคาร ฤๅการที่ดินและจำนอง เว้นไว้แต่จะตั้งขึ้นโดยประกาศพระราชทานพระบรมราชานุญาตพิเศษ
