มาตรา 1025
- อันว่าห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญนั้น คือห้างหุ้นส่วนประเภทซึ่งผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนหมดทุกคนต้องรับผิดร่วมกันเพื่อหนี้สินทั้งปวงของหุ้นส่วนโดยไม่มีจำกัด
