มาตรา 1068

• ความรับผิดของผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนในห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนอันเกี่ยวแก่หนี้ซึ่งห้างหุ้นส่วนได้ก่อให้เกิดขึ้นก่อนที่ตนออกจากหุ้นส่วนนั้น ย่อมมีจำกัดเพียงสองปีนับแต่เมื่อออกจากหุ้นส่วน

• The liability of a partner in a registered partnership in respect to obligations incurred by the partnership before he ceased to be a member of such partnership, is limited to a period of two years after he ceased to be a member.
