มาตรา 1073
- ห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนห้างหนึ่งจะควบเข้าเปนอันเดียวกันกับห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียนอีกห้างหนึ่งก็ได้ โดยความยินยอมของผู้เปนหุ้นส่วนทั้งหมด เว้นแต่สัญญาซึ่งได้ตกลงไว้จะขัดขวางต่อการควบกันนั้น

- A registered partnership may amalgamate with another registered partnership with the consent of all the partners, unless there be an agreement to the contrary.
