มาตรา 1105

• อันหุ้นนั้น ท่านห้ามมิให้ออกโดยราคาต่ำไปกว่ามูลค่าของหุ้นที่ตั้งไว้
• การออกหุ้นโดยราคาสูงกว่ามูลค่าของหุ้นที่ตั้งไว้นั้น หากว่าหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิให้อำนาจไว้ ก็ให้ออกได้ และในกรณีเช่นนั้น ต้องส่งใช้จำนวนที่ล้ำมูลค่าพร้อมกันไปกับการส่งใช้เงินคราวแรก
• อนึ่ง เงินส่งใช้ค่าหุ้นคราวแรกนั้น ต้องมิให้น้อยกว่าร้อยละยี่สิบห้าแห่งมูลค่าของหุ้นที่ตั้งไว้

• [I] Shares may not be issued at a lower price than their nominal amount.
• [II] The issue of shares at a higher price than their nominal amount is permissible, if sanctioned by the memorandum. In such case the excess amount must be paid together with the first payment.
• [III] The first payment on the shares must not be less than twenty-five per cent of their nominal amount.
