มาตรา 1121
- การเรียกเงินค่าหุ้นแต่ละคราวนั้น ท่านบังคับว่าให้ส่งคำบอกกล่าวล่วงน่าไม่ต่ำกว่ายี่สิบเอ็ดวัน ด้วยจดหมายส่งลงทะเบียนไปรษณีย์ และผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคนจะต้องใช้เงินตามจำนวนที่เรียกนั้น สุดแต่กรรมการจะได้กำหนดไปว่าให้ส่งไปยังผู้ใด ณ ที่ใด และเวลาใด

- Twenty-one days notice at least must be given by registered letter of each call and each shareholder must pay the amount of such call to the persons and at the time and place fixed by the directors.
