- แม้ว่าวิธีการริบหุ้นขายหุ้นจะไม่ถูกต้องด้วยระเบียบก็ดี ท่านว่าหาเหตุให้สิทธิของผู้ซื้อหุ้นซึ่งริบนั้นเสื่อมเสียไปอย่างไรไม่
Section 1126. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- The title of the purchaser of a forfeited share is not affected by any irregularity in the proceedings of such forfeiture and sale.
