มาตรา 1134
- ใบหุ้นออกให้แก่ผู้ถือนั้น จะออกได้ก็แต่เมื่อมีข้อบังคับของบริษัทอนุญาตไว้ และจะออกให้ได้แต่เฉภาะเพื่อหุ้นซึ่งได้ใช้เต็มค่าแล้ว

- Certificates to bearer may be issued only if authorized by the regulations of the company and for shares which are fully paid up.
