มาตรา 1146
- บันดาข้อบังคับอันได้ตั้งขึ้นใหม่ ฤๅได้เพิ่มเติมเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น เปนน่าที่ี่ของบริษัทที่จะจัดให้ไปจดทะเบียนภายในกำหนดสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้มีการลงมติพิเศษ
Section 1146. (Final Draft of Dec. 1924 in English from Vol.88)
- It shall be the duty of the company to cause to be registered every new regulation, addition or alteration within fourteen days after the date of the special resolution.
