มาตรา 1174
- เมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นยื่นคำร้องขอให้เรียกประชุมวิสามัญ ดังได้กล่าวมาในมาตราก่อนนี้แล้ว ให้กรรมการเรียกประชุมโดยพลัน
- ถ้าและกรรมการมิได้เรียกประชุมภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันยื่นคำร้องไซร้ ผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหลายซึ่งเปนผู้ร้อง ฤๅผู้ถือหุ้นคนอื่น ๆ รวมกันได้จำนวนดังบังคับไว้นั้น จะเรียกประชุมเองก็ได้

- [I] Whenever a requisition for the summoning of an extraordinary meeting is made by the shareholders according to the last preceding section, the directors shall forthwith summon such meeting.
- [II] If the meeting is not summoned within thirty days after the date of the requisition, the requisitionists, or any other shareholders amounting to the required number, may themselves summon it.
