มาตรา 1196

• อันบาญชีงบดุลนั้น ท่านว่าต้องทำอย่างน้อยครั้งหนึ่งทุกรอบสิบสองเดือน คือเมื่อเวลาสุดรอบสิบสองเดือนอันจัดว่าเปนขวบปีในทางบาญชีเงินของบริษัทนั้น
• อนึ่ง งบดุลต้องมีรายการย่อแสดงจำนวนสินทรัพย์และหนี้สินของบริษัทกับทั้งบาญชีกำไรและขาดทุน

• [I] A balance-sheet must be made at least once in every twelve months, at the end of such twelve months as constitute the financial year of the company.
• [II] It must contain a summary of the assets and liabilities of the company and a profit and loss account.
