มาตรา 1212

• ถ้ามิได้เลือกตั้งผู้สอบบาญชีโดยวิธีดังกล่าวมา เมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นไม่น้อยกว่าห้าคนร้องขอ ก็ให้ศาลตั้งผู้สอบบาญชีประจำปีนั้น และกำหนดสินจ้างให้ด้วย

• If no election of auditors is made in manner aforesaid, the Court shall, on the application of not less than five shareholders, appoint an auditor for the current year and fix his remuneration,
