มาตรา 1213

• ให้ผู้สอบบาญชีทุกคนเข้าตรวจสอบสรรพสมุดและบาญชีของบริษัทในเวลาอันสมควรได้ทุกเมื่อ และในการอันเกี่ยวด้วยสมุดและบาญชีเช่นนั้น ให้ไต่ถามสอบสวนกรรมการ ฤๅผู้อื่น ๆ ซึ่งเปนตัวแทน ฤๅเปนลูกจ้างของบริษัทได้ ไม่ว่าคนหนึ่งคนใด

• Every auditor shall at all reasonable time have access to the books and accounts of the company, and with regard to such books and accounts he may examine the directors or any other agents or employees of the company.
