มาตรา 1252
- หุ้นส่วนผู้จัดการ ฤๅกรรมการบริษัทมีอำนาจโดยตำแหน่งเดิมฉันใด เมื่อเปนผู้ชำระบาญชี ก็ยังคงมีอำนาจอยู่ฉันนั้น

- The managing partners of directors retain as liquidators the same respective powers which they had as managing partners or directors.
