มาตรา 1278

• การจดทะเบียนนั้น สมาคมตั้งสำนักงานแห่งใหญ่ทำกิจการอยู่ ณ ท้องที่แห่งใดในพระราชอาณาเขต ท่านให้จดทะเบียน ณ หอทะเบียนสำหรับท้องที่แห่งนั้น ต่อไปภายหลังจะแก้ไขข้อความที่ได้จดทะเบียนไว้อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดก็ดี จะจดทะเบียนข้อความใด ๆ อันบังคับไว้ในลักษณนี้ว่าให้จดทะเบียนก็ดี ก็ต้องจด ณ หอทะเบียนแห่งเดียวกันนั้น

• The regulation must be made at the Registration Office of that part of the Kingdom where the principal office of the association is situated. Any alterations subsequently made in the registered particulars, as well as any other matters ordered to be registered by this Title must be registered at the same place.
