มาตรา 1288
- ถ้ามีระเบียบจะพึงส่งเงินค่าบำรุงเปนระยะเวลาอย่างไร ท่านว่าเงินค่าบำรุงนั้นถึงกำหนดจะต้องใช้เต็มจำนวนเมื่อเริ่มต้นระยะเวลาบำรุงนั้นทุกครั้งไป

- When subscription is payable, it is wholly due as soon as the period to which it applies has begun.
