มาตรา 3

• ตั้งแต่วันที่ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายนี้สืบไป ให้ยกเลิกบรรดากฎหมาย กฎ และข้อบังคับอื่นๆ ในส่วนที่มีบัญญัติไว้แล้วในประมวลกฎหมายนี้ หรือซึ่งแย้งกับบทแห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้

• On and from the day of operation of this Code, all other laws, bye laws and regulations in so far as they deal with matters governed by this Code or are inconsistent with its provisions shall be repealed.
