  • ผู้เยาว์จะทำการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ซึ่งว่าโดยสภาพของการนั้น ไม่อาจนะให้ผู้แทนทำแทนได้ เช่นว่าการสมรส ฤๅทำสัตยาธิษฐานเป็นต้น ก็อาจจะทำโดยลำพังเองได้เพียงที่มีกฎหมายอนุญาตไว้ในการนั้นๆ
