• นีติบุคคลย่อมมีสิทธิและหน้าที่ต่างๆ ต้องตามบทบัญญัติทั้งปวงแห่งกฎหมาย ภายในขอบวัตถุที่ประสงค์ของตน ดั่งมีกำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับ หรือตราสารจัดตั้ง
