มาตรา 70
- ภายใต้บังคับมาตราก่อนนั้น นีติบุคคลย่อมมีสิทธิและหน้าที่เหมือนบุคคลธรรมดา เว้นเสียแต่สิทธิและหน้าที่ซึ่งว่าโดยสภาพจะพึงมีพึงเป็นได้ฉะเพาะแก่บุคคลธรรมดาเท่านั้น

- Subject to foregoing section a juristic person enjoys the same rights and is subject to the same duties as a natural person, except those which by reason of their nature, may only be enjoyed or incurred only by a natural person.
