- ภายในเวลาสิบสี่วันนับแต่มูลนิธิอันได้รับอำนาจจากรัฐบาลได้ถึงที่สิ้นสุดลงนั้น ผู้จัดการทั้งหลายต้องทำหนังสือแจ้งความนั้นแก่ทะบวงการเจ้าหน้าที่ และให้เจ้าหน้าที่นำความออกประกาศโฆษณาในราชกิจจานุเบกษาภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่เมื่อได้รับแจ้งความ

- Within fourteen days after an authorized foundation comes to an end the managers must in writing inform the competent authority who shall cause a notification to that effect to be published in the Government Gazette within fourteen days after information.
