• ในการชำระบัญชีมูลนิธินั้น ให้ใช้บทบัญญัติในกฎหมายว่าด้วยการชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัทบังคับอนุโลมตามควรแก่บทนั้นๆ
