มาตรา 102
- สังกมะทรัพย์ ได้แก่สังหาริมทรัพย์ซึ่ง โดยปกติ อาจใช้ของอื่นอันเป็นประเภทและชะนิดเดียวกัน มีปริมาณเท่ากันแทนได้ อสังกมะทรัพย์ ได้แก่สังหาริมทรัพย์อันมิอาจจะใช้ของอื่นแทนเช่นนั้นได้
