- การใดมิได้ทำให้ถูกต้องตามแบบที่กฎหมายบังคับไว้ การนั้นท่านว่าเป็นโมฆะ

The most plausible model for this section would be:
- German Civil Code (1896), Sec.125:
- A juristic act which is not in the form prescribed by law is void. If it is not in the form prescribed by juristic act, it is void in case of doubt.

- [I] Verträge bedürfen zu ihrer Gültigkeit nur dann einer besonderen Form, wenn das Gesetz eine solche vorschreibt.
