มาตรา 267
- บุริมสิทธิในมูลรับขนนั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาค่าระวางพาหนะในการรับขนคนโดยสารหรือของ กับทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอันเป็นอุปกรณ์ และเป็นบุริมสิทธิมีอยู่เหนือของและเครื่องเดินทางทั้งหมดอันอยู่ในมือของผู้ขนส่ง
Section 267. (Draft in English from Vol.79)
- The preferential right on account of carriage is for charges for the carriage of a passenger or goods and for accessory expenses, and is in all goods and luggage in the hands of the carrier.
