• บุริมสิทธิในมูลซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้น ใช้สำหรับเอาราคาอสังหาริมทรัพย์และดอกเบี้ยในราคานั้น และมีอยู่เหนืออสังหาริมทรัพย์อันนั้น
