มาตรา 163
- ถ้าคู่กรณีต่างได้กระทำการโดยกลฉ้อฉลด้วยกันทั้งสองฝ่าย ฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดจะกล่าวอ้างกลฉ้อฉลของอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งเพื่อบอกล้างการนั้นหรือเรียกค่าสินไหมทดแทนมิได้
